 Confirm and remind you of appointments.
 Process deposits and final payments securely.
 Send invoices and payment links via SMS & email.
 Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
 Improve our services through analytics and feedback.
 Send promotional offers (if you have opted in).

  1. Payment & Data Retention Policy

  • A $25 deposit is required for all detailing services and $100 for premium services at the time of booking.
  • Deposits must be paid via credit or debit card.
  • The card used for deposit is securely saved to the customer profile for final billing.
  • The remaining balance is invoiced via text and email upon completion of service.
  • Any unpaid balance after 24 hours will be automatically charged to the card on file.
  • Customer data is retained for business records only and can be deleted upon request.

  1. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We use third-party services for essential business operations:
 Stripe: Secure payment processing.
 OrbisX: Customer booking and management.
 Mailchimp: Email marketing (only if opted in).
 Google Analytics: Website traffic tracking.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
