Payment & Data Retention Policy
- A $25 deposit is required for all detailing services and $100 for premium services at the time of booking.
- Deposits must be paid via credit or debit card.
- The card used for deposit is securely saved to the customer profile for final billing.
- The remaining balance is invoiced via text and email upon completion of service.
- Any unpaid balance after 24 hours will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- Customer data is retained for business records only and can be deleted upon request.

OrbisX: Customer booking and management.
Mailchimp: Email marketing (only if opted in).
